Navigating Anti Semitism Parenting Group led by Malka Shaw, LCSW

$300.00

Antisemitism is an unfortunate reality of the Jewish experience and existence, and shielding our children from it completely isn't always feasible. Just as we educate our children about "stranger danger" and the importance of personal safety of predators, addressing antisemitism is crucial. We aim to create an environment of open dialogue where children feel comfortable expressing themselves. In order to ensure that we can be the best role model for our children; it's essential to ensure we're in a healthy, grounded, and calm mindset.

Malka provides a supportive space for parents to discuss strategies, share experiences, and gain resources for addressing and combating antisemitism in their children's lives. This group will explore the implications of living in a post 10/7 world on our children's self-esteem and identity formation.  The group empowers parents to foster resilience and pride in their Jewish identity while confronting challenges head-on.

Register by September 1 to join the program that begins on the week of September 10, 2024.
